  • Proven experience in concrete work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing.
  • Expertise in parging techniques, such as surface preparation, application, and texturing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of stucco installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in cork spray application, ensuring proper adhesion and a smooth, durable finish.
  • Strong understanding of different types of construction materials specific to concrete, parging, stucco, and cork spray work.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, guidelines, and regulations related to concrete, parging, stucco, and cork spray.
  • Skilled in using specialized tools and equipment for concrete mixing, parging application, stucco finishing, and cork spray application.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications related to concrete, parging, stucco, and cork spray work.
  • Excellent attention to detail in matching textures, colors, and finishes to achieve desired results.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and addressing common issues and defects in concrete, parging, stucco, and cork spray work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot construction challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, architects, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Proficient in laying different types of bricks, such as common bricks, facing bricks, and fire bricks.
  • Skilled in creating intricate brick patterns, including herringbone, basket weave, and English bond.
  • Knowledgeable in brickwork reinforcement techniques, such as using wall ties and expansion joints.
  • Ability to work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring plumb, level, and aesthetically pleasing brickwork.
  • Experience in restoring and repointing existing brickwork, matching the original style and mortar composition.

2. Concrete Work:

  • Proficient in concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing techniques to ensure structural integrity.
  • Skilled in using industry-standard concrete mixers, hand and power tools, and equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various concrete types, curing methods, and reinforcement practices.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans and specifications related to concrete work.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing common concrete defects for seamless results.

3. Cork Spray:

  • Proficiency in applying cork spray for insulation, moisture resistance, and decorative purposes.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques specific to cork spray application.

  • Experience in color customization and blending to meet client preferences.

4. Parging:

  • Expertise in surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, wire brushing, and applying bonding agents.
  • Proficient in applying parging coats smoothly and evenly, achieving optimal adhesion and durability.
  • Knowledgeable in different parging textures, such as smooth, rough, or textured finishes.
  • Experience in color matching and blending to seamlessly integrate new parging with existing surfaces.

5. Masonry:

  • Proficient in various masonry techniques, including bricklaying, block laying, and stone masonry.
  • Skilled in accurately measuring and cutting masonry materials to ensure precise fits and alignments.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of masonry units, mortar mixtures, and bonding agents.
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications, translating them into high-quality masonry work.
  • Experience in constructing and repairing walls, foundations, chimneys, and other masonry structures.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving common masonry issues for optimal structural integrity.

6. Stucco:

CEMENT MIXER:

  • Lifting heavy bags (70 lbs)
  • Repetitive shoveling
  • Pushing a wheelbarrow with cement

CHIPPER:

  • Smooth out lines and bumps on foundations with a 20lb rotary hammer
  • Dig around foundations
  • Ensuring batteries are fully charged

PARGER:

  • Must be able to apply cement to wall at a fast pace
  • Must be comfortable working on knees for prolonged periods of time

SHOVELLER:

  • Must be able to push a heavy wheelbarrow through sand, mud, and grass.
  • Must be able to shovel cement to pargers at a fast pace.
  • Must coordinate with the cement mixer

SPONGE PARGER:

  • Must be able to apply circular motions at a fast pace
  • Must be comfortable working on your knees for long hours.
